Pattern of daily MCQ's
Everyday we will send you about 50 MCQ's. We request you to solve all these questions daily. If you miss out on some days, please remember to solve the left out questions later on.
You will see the answer and brief explanation of each MCQ only after solving it. Kindly give every question a try before you reach out for the answer and the explanation. Avoid solving MCQ's without giving a thought, just to see the explanation, as such an approach will affect your exam preparation adversely.

The MCQ's will not be related to the topics being covered daily because:-
-There is no use of solving questions on topics you just read as its obvious you know the answers already.
-Solving questions on topics studies in past helps in better memory retention.
-Solving questions on topics not yet studied helps in having a good understanding about what to study in those topics.
-Such an approach will help you gain knowledge in addition to the topic of the day.
For any further details, doubts, queries or suggestions reply this email or simply call us at 09953578794.

Treatments for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy

Only a few drugs have been found to have any effect on the symptoms of PSP. Drugs that appear to have some benefit include L-dopa, amantadine, amitriptyline, desipramine, and yohimbine. Unfortunately, none of these drugs provide dramatic or long-lasting improvements, and each can cause serious side effects. Botulinum toxin can be used to treat blepharospasm (eyelid spasms) and other types of dystonia that sometimes occur in PSP. Artificial tears can help prevent drying out of the eyes that may occur from decreased blinking.

A speech therapist can teach safer swallowing techniques and advise on the need for a gastrostomy tube. The speech therapist can also offer the PSP patient alternative communication devices, such as pointing boards or computer-based systems. Books on tape provide an alternative when reading is no longer possible.

A weighted, soft-wheeled walker can help prevent falls. Caregivers can improve the safety of the person with PSP by keeping pathways in the home clear of objects such as toys, throw rugs, or low furniture that are difficult to see without looking down. An occupational therapist can advise on these and other home modifications to improve safety, comfort, and usability of the home environment.

Save energy

Changing the colour scheme of the website for two important reasons
1.Use of black background gives less strain on the eyes.
2.Use of more black colours in an electronic media helps in saving energy. Its very small amount but atleast something.

Its our world and wasting things and energy unnecessarily in not good.
Few tips about how to save energy from your electronic instruments and internet:-
1. Dont search google or any other search engine like yahoo unnecessarily. Search only when required. Search also accounts for energy loss because these websites like google and yahoo have very big servers
2. Try to use black as a background colour of your computer screens and avoid screen savers and wallpapers.Switch off your computer screens when downloading large files whole night or for a longer time.
3.Use social networking websites only to communicate not just to spend your time. If you surely wanna spend time with people go out and meet people in person. That will surely save your time, make you more social and experienced.
4. Nowdays there are many unlimited SMS schemes given by mobile phone operators. Dont send SMS messages to your friends without any reason just because its free. Its wastage of energy as well as time.
Please do share this info with your friends by clicking on the facebook orkut yaho google buttons on right side. Lets make this planet a smarter one.
